1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TinyStoked website (tinystoked.com) and purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Apparel

Apparel orders are fulfilled by Printful on a print-on-demand basis. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Books

Curated books are fulfilled separately. Shipping timelines will be communicated at checkout and via order confirmation email.

Split Shipments

Orders containing both apparel and books may ship in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless disclosed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Apparel (Print-on-Demand)

Because apparel is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing error. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at hello@tinystoked.com.

Books

Books can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive in damaged condition. Contact us with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Account Registration

You may create an account using your email address. We use passwordless authentication (magic link via email). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tinystoked.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

The TinyStoked brand, logo, website design, product graphics, and all related content are owned by TinyStoked and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our brand assets without our written permission.

When you purchase an item, you receive the physical product. No license to the underlying graphic designs or brand assets is granted beyond personal use of the physical item.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information (including shipping addresses)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with our site or services
• Use automated systems to scrape or access our site at scale without permission
• Infringe on TinyStoked's or any third party's intellectual property rights

9. Disclaimers

Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of any product.

Product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen calibration and print-on-demand production variation. This is normal and not grounds for return.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyStoked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of California, or through binding arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association if you prefer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
