Refund Policy

Our Policy in Short

We replace or refund defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Apparel is made to order — each item is produced specifically for you. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, damage from shipping, or any quality issue that is our fault, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no shipping cost to you.

How to report an issue

  1. Email hello@tinystoked.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the defect or damage
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will either reprint and ship a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size, wrong color), contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send the correct item at no cost or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the incorrect item.

3. Items Lost in Transit

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, or if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and either resend your order or issue a refund.

For packages marked as delivered, please check with household members, neighbors, and around your property before contacting us — carriers sometimes leave packages in unusual spots.

4. What Is NOT Covered

  • Change of mind — Each item is printed on demand specifically for your order
  • Incorrect size selection — Please use the size charts on each product page before ordering
  • Normal wear and tear after washing and use
  • Color variation — Screen calibration and print-on-demand production can cause slight color differences; this is normal and not a defect
  • Damage caused by improper care — Follow care instructions on the garment label
  • Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by the customer — please verify your address at checkout

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Replacement orders: Enter production within 1–2 business days of approval
  • Refunds to original payment method: 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation when a refund has been issued

6. Books (Curated Selection)

Books that arrive damaged can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Contact us with a photo of the damage. Books must be in resalable condition apart from the reported damage. We do not accept returns on books for change of mind.

7. Order Cancellations

Because apparel enters production quickly after ordering (usually within 24 hours), we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been sent to production. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@tinystoked.com and we will do our best to intercept it before production begins. If production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
