Shipping Policy

How Our Shipping Works
Apparel is printed on demand. Each item is made specifically for your order — we do not hold inventory.
This means production happens first, then shipping. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
1. Production Time (Apparel)
- Standard production: 2–5 business days
- Peak periods (holidays, launches): 5–7 business days
- Production time is the time to print, quality-check, and package your item — it does not include shipping
Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. Production begins once your payment is confirmed, typically within 24 hours of ordering.
2. Shipping Time (Apparel)
After production, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Total estimated delivery (US): 5–12 business days from order date (standard shipping).
3. Books (Curated Selection)
Books are fulfilled separately from apparel. Shipping timelines vary by title and publisher availability. Book shipping estimates will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
If your order contains both apparel and books, they may ship in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method
- Free shipping promotions, when active, apply to US orders over the stated threshold
- Split shipments (apparel + books) do not incur additional shipping charges beyond what was quoted at checkout
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on tinystoked.com.
Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to show movement after you receive the shipping notification — this is normal as the carrier processes the package into their system.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@tinystoked.com and we will attempt to update the address before production begins. Once an order enters production, the shipping address cannot be changed.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays do happen, especially during peak shipping seasons. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status
- Check with household members and neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages with others
- Wait 2 business days past the estimated delivery date
- Contact us at hello@tinystoked.com if the package is still missing

8. International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned.
